Are any of your products edible? Unfortunately none of our products are edible. I know some of them may look and smell tasty but please refrain from trying to eat them. Please keep out of reach of children. 

The fragrance of a product is very strong or very light, why is that? The reason for this is because we strictly adhere to the allowable usage rates of our fragrance oils and essential oils. The usage rate varies between products.

I don't like the scent, design, and/or texture of a product, can I return it? We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not accept returns for those reasons. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly. We recommend purchasing a sample size, if available, to see if the product is for you.

I'm allergic to certain ingredients, how would I know if your products contain my allergens? All ingredients are clearly listed on the website and on the product labels. Read each label to see if your allergen is present. Please note that your product may come in contact with other ingredients in the facility.

Help, I wrote the wrong address when I was placing my order! Can you fix it? We understand that this may be very frustrating but we have no control over the packages once they leave our company. Contact your carrier facility as soon as possible. Please double check the information before you complete your order.

There are so many scents to choose from, how will I know which ones I like? Read the descriptions or come into the shop to see which ones you prefer. Chances are you aren't going to like every scent but how would you know unless you try some!

Why did I purchase two of the same items but they are slightly different? Our products are handcrafted in small batches so each cut and pour is unique so no two products are exactly the same. That's what makes handmade items so special!

I think I am having an allergic reaction to a product, what do I do? Stop using the product IMMEDIATLY and contact you physician.

I made a purchase in-store, can I return the products? If an in-store return is approved a gift card will be issued. 

This container/bag seems half full, why is that? Here at Shea Rose Soapery LLC, we package by weight. Everything is weighed out on a digital scale. You are guaranteed to receive at least the minimum amount listed on the label or more!
